In line with government regulations, local laws, and international best practices, we have several safety and food safety procedures in place to ensure the safety of our customers, visitors, and anyone working on our team at the Porsche Experience Center Tokyo.

What to Expect
Your wellbeing is our first priority
We’re being really careful, for all the right reasons. To keep everyone safe and well, we’re going to ask you to observe and adhere to the following simple steps.
Please stay home if you’re not feeling well.
If you’re experiencing flu-like symptoms or have had contact with any possible source of the virus, please reschedule your visit. This simple action protects our community.
Please wear a mask at all times except when eating or drinking.
Consistent with local regulations, we ask everyone to please wear a mask while inside the facility. We kindly ask you to adhere to any additional guidelines for the safety of all guests and staff.
Use soap & water
Wash your hands regularly and thoroughly with soap and water and use the hand-sanitizing stations that have been placed throughout the building as often as you wish. Avoid touching your face. Finally, and as usual, please be careful, be patient and be kind. Enjoy your time at the Porsche Experience Center Tokyo.
Health and Safety Precautions
At the Porsche Experience Center Tokyo, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests whether you are behind the wheel of one of our sports cars or dining at Restaurant 906 or the 956 Café.
All of our employees have been trained in providing safe and hospitable dining experiences.
All employees have agreed to adhere to the regulations set forth by the local government which outlines social distancing regulations as well as health and wellness protocols, as directed by the government of Japan.
Temperature check for and daily wellness log for all members working in the dining team.
Provision of personal protective equipment for all staff.
Close collaboration with suppliers and their delivery drivers to help ensure strict adherence to recommended prevention practices.
Advanced SOPs towards food management that includes; Hazard Analysis, food storage, food preparation, kitchen inspection, and serving.
All of our ingredients are carefully selected and fully traceable, assuring the safety and quality of all our food products.
